Why I like to bake

Why I like to bake? Granny Goodwin she was my first baking teach. When I was in high school I took a test saying what career path to take. The answer was a chef. I took off a year after high school then began the new curriculum at GTCC. This curriculum was certainly in its early early stages of development. My professor for baking taught me my first bread recipe “Potato rolls” a lightly sweetened shredded potato yeast dough. This became my happy place from then on.
