It’s A Cake Walk

Do you ever have a failed baked day? I certainly have. It usually happens when I make either pecan bars or butterscotch almond coconut bars. The crust and sugar syrup mixture mix together when in the oven. UGH! Well you can always make something out of most mistakes. When a Brown Sugar Pound Cake breaks coming out of the pan I usually turn that into Blondies by using the mistake parts as my flour part of the recipe. So when you think you have failed just use another recipe to use up that fail to make a great dessert!
