Taking time to be a chef

The last two weeks has been hard and fun. I put my chef hat on to cook for a showroom at the High Point Furniture Market. My team was exceptional. The food I created was accepted with great praise. I believe this gives me an artistic outlet besides making baked goods that are just brown, beige, dark brown. Displaying salads on a platter with the lettuce in a pile and the toppings in lines not touching each other. The hit on the last day was the Charcuterie platters. A lot of pictures were taken that day.
I am back to baking all of my yummy goodies. Check my Instagram or Facebook to come and visit me. #bringingancestorstothetable
