Taking time to care for Mom

The last 2 years I made a move back home. I had 15 people in my life pass away in 2022. This year I was diagnosed with breast cancer during the Farmer Market Season. I have moved on from all of this with ringing the bell this September. Still healing.

I have been baking in a conventional oven all season which is very strange. I want to renovate Mother’s Kitchen so much. I have created some new Gluten Free bars. My rolls this year have been so much better. I am going to take a few items away next season: baklava, oatmeal cookie, and fudge. These were not big sellers.

I always look forward to January when I can rest a little from baking. I will most definitely practice through the off season.
