The support of family

I am so blessed to have such great support in my life. How they gave me advice to improve my website from friends was well received. I hope they are all proud.

I always use #keepingancestorsrecipesalive for the reason most of my recipes are at least 20 years in the working or more. I try each day to improve them so my ancestors would be proud. I always think of my Great Uncle Phil who brought my Mother some wheat germ. He told her to make sure the kids eat it is very healthy. When I finally was given the recipe to Logan Bread and one of the ingredients was Wheat Germ I knew Uncle Phil was with me saying I told you it was good for you. He is right the Logan Bread is incredible and hearty. 2 inch square of it will keep you going all day long.
