Happy Mistakes

I started to make my Chocolate Brown Sugar Pound Cake. I use chocolate milk in this recipe and I had none. I used 1/2 of cup of fudge to make chocolate milk. I had the cakes in the oven half way through I rotated the cakes and they looked great. They were done I opened the oven and did not see them in the pans anymore they had fallen. So this was a happy mistake to make two pans of brownies. They turned out to be a gooey chewy chocolate goodness. However note to self don’t use fudge to make chocolate milk again unless you want to make those yummy brownies again.

just remember if you make a mistake it could end up to be a new creation.
